Course Schedule

Register

All courses will start at 9am. Renewal courses will be dismissed at approximately 1:30 pm. Certification courses will run until approximately 3pm with testing starting between 3 and 4pm. The allowed testing time is 2 hours. **Check back for updates or call for a new class location**

Renewal attendees will be dismissed between 1:00 - 1:30 pm and will not be required to use a coursebook. 

Certification Courses are provided either online or in person. Books are not required but both types of classes have the option for one to be purchased. You must register at least 3 weeks prior to the course date to request a book. I will send a course book to you for the additional $55.  The book I use is from SDC, it is an easy to read book that covers the  details of the Food Code. It is one of the most affordable books available and ships directly from Amazon. If you would prefer the ServSafe book, I can do that also but you need to request that prior to submitting your order as there will be an additional cost for the more expensive book. You can also use your own book or borrow someone else's if you prefer, just remember that books update pretty often and you should check that you have the newest version so that you aren't missing any information.  
Class will have a 1/2 hour break to find lunch or to work with getting lunch brought in, I am not providing lunch at this time. 

If class has to be cancelled due to lack of minimum participants, notification will be made 48 hours prior to class. With weather related or other cancellations, I will let you know as early as possible and will reschedule class as soon as is feasible too. I will also post cancelled class information on my Facebook page, be sure to follow me @cookcertified.
