Food Manager CertificationThe Minnesota Department of Health requires that most establishments have a Certified Food Protection Manager. This course will help you achieve that Certification. We will cover Food Safety, Bacteria dangers, and updates within the Food Code.
Once the education portion is complete, we will move right into the testing. I currently offer 3 different testing options: Always Food Safe, Prometric, and ServSafe. All are approved for the MN Certification. Unless plans have been made prior to the class date, Always Food Safe is the testing company that I utilize. Please contact me with any questions. |
Online Food Manager CertificationNEW to Cook Certified! The quarterly online course is the same as the in person course - but via Zoom! You will still be able to interact with your classmates and ask questions of your instructor! In addition, the exam is administered through Always Food Safe's online Proctors. Now, you can do it all from the comfort of your home. The course is currently available once each quarter - subject to change based on demand. Once the course is complete, you will be given the link and information to complete the exam. At that time, you will schedule a date/time to take your exam based on your availability.
